The Program is valid for the Axis Bank Easy Credit Cardholder/s only and shall be valid during the Program Period, unless otherwise notified. The promotion period is from 1st August, 2009 to 31st October 2009. (Both days inclusive) 2.5% Cash Back offer is applicable only for online ticket purchase on www.irctc.co.in through Axis Bank payment gateway only by using Axis Bank valid Easy Credit Cards. The program is applicable for Primary as well as Add-on Easy Credit Cardholders, however the Cash Back calculation will be at the account level only. Cash Back offer (for the offer period) will be restricted to a maximum of Rs 250/- per month per account. No reward points will be given to customers on Cash Back transactions. Card Holder/s whose account has been classified as Delinquent before or during the running of the offer promo, or when the Cash Back is to be credited, will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program. Bank's discretion in this regard shall be final. In case the Cardholder's account becomes delinquent at any point within three months after the end of the Program Period, Axis Bank reserves the right to reverse the benefits of the Cash Back from the card account of the Cardholder/s. Cash Back amount will be credited to the cardholder accounts on a monthly basis and will be reflected in the next month's statement. Axis Bank reserves the right to modify/alter all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Axis Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Other Terms and Conditions: The participation in the Program is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis and at the discretion of valid Easy Credit Cardholder. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. All communications/notices with regard to this Program should be addressed to "customer.services@axisbank.com”. In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of Axis Bank shall be final and binding in all respects. The terms and conditions governing the Program shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Card. Axis Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the Merchant Establishment. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the Merchant Establishment directly without any reference to Axis Bank. Axis Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/services availed of by the Cardholder/s under the Program. Axis Bank reserves the right to disqualify Cardholder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Program shall be borne solely by the Cardholder/s and Axis Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues. Axis Bank shall be entitled to deduct or set off the amounts of taxes etc., if any, mentioned above from all amounts payable by Axis Bank to the Cardholder/s and balance amount, if any, of Cash Back will be paid to the Cardholder/s / credited to the account of the Cardholder/s. The Program is not available wherever prohibited and products/services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. Any person taking the advantage of this offer through valid and active Axis Bank Easy Credit Card in good standing shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
