गोल्ड प्लस क्रेडिट कार्ड: Terms and Conditions

- All Axis Bank Gold & Silver Plus cardholders are entitled to a minimum 10% discount on the rack rate at any of the 5,000 hotels as per IBTC website.
- The discount shall be calculated on the single room rate. These discounts are only applicable on hotels and do not include the other amenities such as calling cards, business centres, restaurants, airlines or any other amenities.
- Full discount will applicable to double rooms only if both the guests are IBTC cardholders. Otherwise, if the member wants a double room he shall have to pay the difference between the single and the double room rate.
- Extending discount rates on additional rooms or for reservations for the cardmember's friends, family, etc. subject to availability and promotional offer by IBTC.
- The taxes payable shall be calculated on the rack rate.
- All bookings shall have to be made through IBTC only.
- All payments shall have to be made through his/her Axis Bank Gold Plus Credit Card only.
- All reservation shall be made with the payment made in advance. IBTC shall not issue a confirmation if the payment is not received in advance.
- Should the IBTC Silver member wish to extend his/her stay he can do so by faxing another reservation form by filling up the relevant details.
- Cancellation policy may vary from hotel to hotel. The cancellation policy is each hotel shall be put up on the website. A one night retention charge shall apply for cancellation made 48 hours prior to the date of check in.
